About the Role

We are recruiting a Store Manager to lead our Frankston Op Shop volunteer team in a permanent full-time capacity. Reporting to the Op Shop Network Support team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the current team of volunteers while overseeing the daily operations of the Op Shop to ensure its profitability, sustainability, and positive presence within the local community.

This role is highly rewarding. Funds from the Op Shops go directly towards supporting the crucial work of the RSPCA Victoria. The successful candidate will need to be a motivated and dedicated team leader who is excited to work with a volunteer support team.

What we are looking for from you

  • Previous experience in a retail management role is essential, including experience in merchandising and meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams
  • Sound knowledge of volunteer management related legislation and practices will be favourable.
  • This position also requires a current and valid Victorian Driver’s License, a National Police Check and a valid Working with Children’s Check.
  • Covid-19; this role will require you to present a valid covid-19 double vaccination certificate.
