In this critical role, you'll play a key part in our mission to end animal cruelty by:

  • Supporting the creation, management, and reporting of digital fundraising campaigns.
  • Growing our online presence and fundraising revenue through the RSPCA Victoria Google Grant.
  • Building, segmenting, testing, and optimizing social and email marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Reviewing results and providing insights to improve future campaign performance.
  • Nurturing an engaged online fundraising community through social media management.
  • Contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.


What you'll bring

  • Experience with Google Ads and social media campaign management.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and understanding of industry trends.
  • Excellent customer service focus and a passion for split testing and optimization.
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.


A bonus if you have

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Digital marketing/campaign experience
  • Previous experience in a non-profit environment.

Recruitment Requirements 

  • Valid and current driver's license is preferred (however not essential). 
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
