About the role As a People & Culture Business Partner, working as part of a close-knit and supportive People & Culture team, you will play a key role in shaping a thriving and positive workplace. Collaborating closely with leaders and employees across the organisation to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and wellbeing. This involves: Building Strong Relationships: You will build strong relationships with leaders across different business units, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on people-related matters. Providing expert advice and support on all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Driving Positive Change: Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best. This includes implementing programs that support employee development, wellbeing, and work-life balance. Developing and Implementing Strategies: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organisation's overall goals. This involves identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and driving positive change. Who we're looking for - Experience in a People and Culture Advisory role
- Demonstrated experience in HR and employee relations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Skilled in influencing others across the organisation for P&C initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in business/human resources management or relevant industry experience.
